Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Amendment”), BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) and KMC Telecom Holdings, Inc. (“KMC Telecom”) hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”, hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated October 06, 2000 (“Interconnection Agreement”).
