This Mobile Deposit User Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use of Guaranty State Bank & Trust Company Mobile Deposit and/or other remote deposit capture services that GSB&T ("GSB”, “us," or "we") may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with GSB&T, including the Bank Services Agreement or Business Services Agreement, as applicable to your GSB&T account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
