The terms and conditions contained in this ABB Ability™ Smart Sensor Subscription and License Agreement (this “Agreement”) together with any Order, Service Description or other terms and con- ditions referred to are the complete agreement regarding transactions under this Agreement (to- gether, the “Contract”) under which Customer may order Services and/or Software (each as defined below).
