This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this the day of June, 2024, (the “Effective Date”)by and between the CITY OF MANOR, a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Texas situated in Travis County, Texas (the “City” or “Licensor”), and Gregg Lane Dev LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Licensee”). The City and the Licensee are referred to together as the “Parties”.
