THIS DESIGN/BUILD AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 21st day of April, 2009, by and between the CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation ("City"), and PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc., a Missouri corporation ("Design-Builder"). Hereinafter, the City and the Design-Builder may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
