This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is between the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) and Metropolitan Education District (the “Agency”). SCCOE and the Agency can each be referred to as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” for the purpose of this Agreement.
