The Village of Elburn, in its continuing effort to support the development of the Old Town Elburn Business District, has created a Façade Improvement Program for all business owners and operators within the District. The Façade Improvement Program, in concert with the Old Town Elburn Business District Development Plan, will continue the process of creating a more inviting character for the downtown Elburn area.
