Pursuant to Section 1229(1) of the Revised School Code and in accordance with the action found in the minutes of the Board of Education (the "Board") of the South Haven Public Schools ("School District") meeting held on November 13, 2018, the Board employs Kevin Schooley ("Superintendent") for a three and one half (3Yi) year tenn commencing on Januaty 2, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2022, according to the terms and conditions of this Contract of Employment as specifically described below. Any extension of this Contract requires the express approval of the Board.
