LLC, f/k/a “Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated,” Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC, Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Inc., and Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Morgan Stanley”). The NYAG and Morgan Stanley are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
