The following U.S. Government clauses apply to any Collins Aerospace Agreement or Order to which this Document is attached or in which it is incorporated by reference. “Document” as used herein, means Special U.S. Government Clauses by prime contract number, as referenced in the Agreement or Order. Unless otherwise specified below, the date of these clauses are those in effect as of the date of the Agreement or Order. These clauses are hereby incorporated by reference as if the text were fully written.
