The Picaroons are a collection of digital artworks in the form of non-fungible tokens running on the Ethereum network (“Picaroons”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (these “Terms and Conditions”) between you (also referred to herein as “you”, “your” or “Primary Purchaser”) and Astro Laboratories ltd , a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14669525 whose registered office is at Wyche Innovation Centre Wyche Innovation Centre, Walwyn Road, Malvern, England, WR13 6PL (“we”, “our” or “us”), governing your purchase of NFTs from us. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, and/or by you Purchasing NFTs from us, you expressly acknowledge that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them in their entirety. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE NFTS FROM US.
