WHEREAS, the Parties desire to facilitate the exchange of reports, data and information required to sustain operations in the competitive energy market as set forth in Texas Senate Bill 7 and all enabling rules and applicable regulatory authority orders, rules and regulations regarding the electronic exchange of information including, without limitation, the Gas Industry Standards Board Electronic Delivery Mechanism (“GISB EDM”), ERCOT Protocols and the Texas Standard Electronic Transactions (“Texas SET”) and Business Practices standards, subject to the terms and conditions included in Reliant Energy HL&P’s applicable tariffs, by electronically transmitting and receiving data in agreed formats; and
