This Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and save where the Interconnection Agreement provides for a dispute to be referred to expert determination, each Operator agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards this Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
