THIS AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the day of , 2003, by and between the City of Oak Creek (the “City”) and Wisconsin Energy Corporation, (“WEC”), on behalf of its subsidiaries, Wisconsin Electric Power Company (“Wisconsin Electric”), W.E. Power, LLC (“We Power”), WISPARK LLC (“WISPARK”), and Wisconsin Gas Company (“Wisconsin Gas”) (collectively referred to as the “Subsidiaries”).
