IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End-User Software License Agreement (EUSLA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and JPS Communications, Inc., for the software, which includes the accompanying computer software, printed materials and any “online” or electronic documentation (“Software”). By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EUSLA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EUSLA, promptly return the unused Software and accompanying JPS product (s) to the place of purchase for a full refund.
