This Host Home Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of the last signature hereto (the “Effective Date”), by and between XXXXX XXXXXX, the Homeowner (“Host”), and Central Colorado Area Health Education Center (“CCAHEC”). Thank you for considering the opportunity to Host a Health Professions student from local academic institutions. We are pleased that you would like to be a Host. To ensure that students and Hosts are able to share housing accommodations with reasonable expectations, CCAHEC asks all Hosts to abide by this agreement.
