The City disclaims any terms and conditions provided by the Contractor unless agreed upon in writing by the parties. In the event of conflict between the City’s terms and conditions and any terms and conditions provided by the Contractor, the terms and conditions provided herein shall prevail. The terms and conditions provided herein are the final terms agreed upon by the parties, and any prior conflicting terms shall be of no force or effect.
