This Application and Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the transmodus Affiliate Program (the “Program”). As used in this Agreement, “we” or “transmodus” means transmodus Corporation. “Site” refers to transmodus’s website located at URL: www.transmodus.net, or any other domain we may assign to host the Program). By registering for the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement has been made available to you to print and retain, at http://www.transmodus.net/jcx/affiliate_welcome.htm.
