The purpose of this document is to articulate the continuum of services for students eligible as Deaf and Hard of-Hearing (D/HH) within the Vallejo, Napa, Contra Costa, Yolo, Marin and Solano County SELPAs. The fundamental basis of the agreement is to establish a continuum of service for Deaf and Hard-of- Hearing (D/HH) students for all six SELPAs.
