Each Trust established with the terms of this Agreement shall be known as the Supplemental Care Trust (the “Trust”) written pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1396p, amended August 10, 1993 by the Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993 for the benefit of the Beneficiary named in the Joinder Agreement.
