This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is entered on November 12 , 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among The West Indian Company, Limited (“WICO”), owner of the cruise ship dock located in Havensight, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (the “Port”), the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Health (“DOH”) and Magical Cruise Company, Limited d/b/a Disney Cruise Line ("Cruise Ship Line and Operator" or "CSL") with offices located at 200 Celebration Pl., Celebration, Florida 34747.

(together, Carnival Corporation, Princess Cruise Lines, LTD., and Holland America Line N.V. shall be hereinafter referred to as “Cruise Ship Line and Operator” or “CSL”).
