THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the date stated on the signature page of this agreement, by and between BYWOOPS LLC, a New York limited liability company, FOODART BAKERY LLC, a New York limited liability company and WOOPS! FRANCHISE LLC, a New York limited liability company (along with their respective affiliates collectively referred to as the “Disclosing Party”), on one part and the recipient(s) party(ies) stated on the signature page of this Agreement (which party(ies), together with its(their) affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, heirs, executors and administrators is (are), collectively referred to as the “Receiving Party”), on the other part. Each of the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
