This agreement is made between the City of Myrtle Beach Police Department, hereinafter known as “the City” and Horry County Schools, hereinafter known as “the School District.” This agreement will remain in effect through June 30, 2022; however, the agreement may be terminated with or without cause by either the City or the School District upon a thirty-day advance notice in writing to the other party. In addition, this agreement may be modified by a written amendment signed by the City and the School District.
