THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF PALM COAST (“the City”), whose address is 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B106, Palm Coast, Florida 32164, and Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. (“the Consultant’), whose address is 2301 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 244, Maitland, Florida 32751. All references to the parties hereto include the parties, their officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.
