WILLIAMSON COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“County”) and BRUSHY CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Texas operating as a municipal utility district (“Licensee”) enter into this License Agreement (“Agreement”) upon the terms and conditions set forth below.
