This Real Estate Transfer Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the BOARD OF REGENTS of NORTHERN NEW MEXICO COLLEGE, the governing body of a state educational institution of the State of New Mexico, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), and the COUNTY OF RIO ARRIBA, NEW MEXICO, a local public body of the State of New Mexico, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY”), on this day of May, 2022. In consideration of the mutual promises set out below, the parties agree as follows:
