It entitles the student to the use of the residence hall accommodations only in such manner as set forth herein and through University Policies and Code of Student Conduct (hereby incorporated in this agreement). In the event of any inconsistency between this agreement and University Policies and Code of Student Conduct, the terms of this agreement will prevail.
