This detailing agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of August 10, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Relypsa, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 100 Cardinal Way, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA (“Relypsa”) and sanofi-aventis US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 55 Corporate Drive, Bridgewater NJ 08807 (“Sanofi”).
