WHEREAS the Board of Governors of York University and YUFA intend to amend the Collective Agreement dated May 1st, 1981, to provide for the payment by the Board of Governors of certain Unemployment Insurance Commission (UIC) premium rebates into a trust fund for all employees covered by the Collective Agreement between the University and YUFA; AND WHEREAS to provide benefits for those aforementioned employees it is desired to establish a trust fund to be known as the YUFA Trust Fund;

hereinafter referred to as “YUFA” or the “Association”)
