THIS COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 4, 2017, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and Cintas Corporation, a Washington corporation (the “Supplier”).
