This agreement is made and entered the day of , 2024, by and between Specialized Utility Services Program, Inc., a California corporation and wholly- owned subsidiary of California Rural Water Association, with offices at 1234 North Market Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95834, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”, and City of Orland, located at 815 Fourth Street, Orland, California, 95963, hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT.” CONSULTANT and CLIENT may be individually referred to herein as a “party” and jointly as the “parties.”
