This PID Reimbursement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Developer”), and the City of Princeton, Texas (the “City”), effective as of , 2021 (the “Effective Date”) in relation to the City of Princeton, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 (Brookside Public Improvement District Phase 2 and 3 Project). Developer and the City are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
