This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Pima County Community College District (“College”) and Alta Vista High School (“AVHS”) effective as of June 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”). College and AVHS may be referred to herein individually as a Party (“Party”) and collectively as the Parties (“Parties”).
