THIS AGREEMENT, made as of March 14, 2023 by and between, Merced County, on behalf of its Public Works Department with its principal offices at 345 West 7th St. Merced CA 95341 (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor"), and San Joaquin County Office of Education (DBA- Greater Valley Conservation Corps) (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). Sponsor and Contractor, individually, are sometimes referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties” in this Agreement.
