This EQUITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of June 29, 2017 (“Effective Date”), is by and among NLIN Plastics LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”), PolyOne Corporation, an Ohio corporation (“Seller”), and PolyOne Designed Structures and Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”).
