OREGON DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY PRICE AGREEMENT FOR FOREST TREE SEEDLING GROWING SERVICES:Price Agreement • June 8th, 2015 • Oregon
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Price Agreements awarded. The Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time over the term of the Price Agreements. If ODF proposes any substantive changes, all Contractors with active Price Agreements will be notified and offered an opportunity to comment on the changes. If ODF makes any changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Price Agreements, any Contractor may terminate its Price Agreement immediately, without penalty, with written notice to ODF’s Price Agreement Administrator (“PAA”) set forth below. If Contractor chooses to terminate its Price Agreement, however, such termination does not affect Contractor’s existing obligations pursuant to any Work Order Contracts (“WOCs”), which will remain in effect until any such WOC expires or terminates in accordance with its terms.
