Whereas, the customer desires to open a relationship w ith Banque Saudi Fransi for the purposes to take advantage of any of the services offered by the Bank, subject to the follow ing terms and conditions as stipulated in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the law s and regulations prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the law s of any jurisdiction w here a specific banking transaction takes place, in consistency w ith Islamic Shariah.
