This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, hereinafter referred to as “Service”; the Washington Department of Natural Resources, Natural Heritage Program and Natural Areas Program, hereinafter referred to as “WDNR”; and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, hereinafter referred to as “WDFW.” The Service, WDNR, and WDFW are hereinafter referred to collectively as “the parties” or “cooperators.”
