BOAT STORAGE AGREEMENTBoat Storage Agreement • April 30th, 2020
Mark’s Marine, Inc. and/or their agents are not a named insured and shall not be liable for loss due to fire or other causes not occasioned by a failure by it or one of its agents or employees to exercise due care. Mark’s Marine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for items of personal property left in the boat during storage. Mark’s Marine Inc. shall have a lien on the boat for all maintenance, repair and storage fees and costs. Mark’s Marine Inc. may, at its option, retain possession of the boat until all fees and costs are paid and Owner shall be liable for all reasonable attorneys fees and costs should it be required to retain an attorney to enforce the terms of the agreement.
