The use of Solidifi’s Services is subject to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). This is a legal contract between User (as defined below) and Solidifi Title & Closing, LLC (“Solidifi”). User is to read these TOS carefully before providing any notary services (“Notary Services”) to Solidifi and before accessing or using any of the Services, Platform, the Website or any information, products, software, services or other features available from Solidifi through the use of the Website.
