IntroductionStrategic Transfer Solutions (Pty) Limited (“STS”) is an Authorised Financial Services Provider and operates under FSP Licence number 36382. We follow the rules and principles established by the Financial Services Board as set down by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002. We are an independent intermediary and offer transactional and/or advisory services for your insurance requirements. We advise on various types of Short Term insurance products (as defined in the FAIS Act as Commercial and Personal Lines) and we are not tied to any one insurer. This document sets out the terms of our relationship with you for the provision of insurance broking services.
