Memorandum of AgreementSubrecipient Agreement • September 17th, 2020
This Subrecipient Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement,” between the following two parties: 1) Waynesville R-VI School District; hereafter referred to as “Sponsor” and 2) Your Organization hereafter referred to as “Subrecipient,” sets forth the parties’ understanding concerning the establishment and operation of a local project under the Corporation for National and Community Service’s (Corporation’s) AmeriCorps*VISTA program, pursuant to Title I, Part A of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act, as amended, (42 U.S.C. §§4951 et seq.), hereinafter referred to as “the Act”. The primary purpose of this Agreement is for the Sponsor to provide the Subrecipient with up to one AmeriCorps VISTA Member(s) to perform volunteer service to strengthen and supplement efforts to eliminate poverty and poverty-related human, social, and environmental problems as specified in the Project Application. Neither the Corporation nor the AmeriCorps*VISTA program is a party to this Agreement.
