This Agreement sets forth the fundamental terms and conditions regarding any and all Work to be performed by Subcontractor for Contractor as set forth on an applicable Work Order. The exact details of a particular project or job shall be more specifically defined in a separate Work Order (each a “Work Order”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control over any additional or conflicting terms of any Work Order.
