This Agreement, including Amendment No. 1 (TRO Amendment) hereto (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 17, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Global Link Communications, LLC (“Global Link”), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, with offices at 300 Reisterstown Rd., Suite 203, Baltimore, MD 21208 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and Global Link may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
