THIS MERGER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Brandywine, a Pennsylvania non-member, nonprofit corporation (“YGBW”), and Young Men’s Christian Association of Lancaster County d/b/a Lancaster Family YMCA, a Pennsylvania member, nonprofit corporation (“LFY”). YGBW and LFY are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
