The following terms have been agreed between Renter, and the Owner (the "Parties"), as they have agreed upon certain terms and created a reservation using the Riders Share platform. The Parties agree and understand that Riders Share provides a platform enabling them to agree to the terms of the reservation and the rental between the Parties.
