This Agreement Term Sheet, set forth in this Appendix A, has been developed to provide a summary of the major terms and conditions for the operation, maintenance, and management of the City of La Center's Wastewater Treatment Facilities to include the treatment plant, pump stations, and collection system (the "Facility"). This Agreement Term Sheet shall be used by Proposers to assess the risks and corresponding costs associated with providing the Services sought by the City of La Center.
