These Distributor Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to JST Performance, LLC (d/b/a Rigid Industries) (the “Company”) appointment of Dealer/Distributor as a distributor of the Company Products (defined below) and Dealer/Distributor’s purchase, marketing and resale of the Company Products (defined below).
