This Privacy and Information Security Notice (“Notice”) forms a part of the applicable Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Swarm Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Swarm,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) and you/your organization (“Customer,” “you,” and/or “your”).
