THIS AGREEMENT contains the terms and conditions applicable to services provided by China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited and China Everbright Forex & Futures (HK) Limited (hereinafter called “CESHK” and “CEFFHK”) and to be signed under it are intended to create legal relations between you (hereinafter called “the Client”), whose details are set out in the Account Opening Application Form, and China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited and/or China Everbright Forex & Futures (HK) Limited of 24/F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
